SUMMARY: Assist with structural/civil engineering design support for all Precast plants and personnel necessary for the promotion, sale and manufacturing of precast concrete products. This requires the ability to develop a thorough understanding of the structural design requirements of all products the company manufactures. Can also include providing technical support for concrete mix designs, development of new products, processes, and plant improvement projects.

SUMMARY: The Director of FP Operations & Accounting will manage the Financial Planning & Analysis and the Cost Accounting teams. Both teams play critical roles at Northwest Pipe Company. FP&A is an important function, sitting at the center of the broader finance team to help the CFO, the Company’s leadership, and the board gain financial visibility and insights on the business. Cost Accounting ensures the financial accuracy in reporting operation’s performance. This role collaborates with other key operational teams on the moving pieces that impact the Company’s financial outlook, and includes responsibilities in the areas of cost accounting, forecasting, controls, policy and procedure development, and internal and external audit support.
