SUMMARY: Experience evaluating, troubleshooting, and optimizing manufacturing processes, work cells, and machinery. Able to obtain and make use of data to drive decisions about cell design and process improvement. Familiar with evaluating and documenting existing processes. Capital acquisition experience- able to identify process improvements, recommend capital investment required, and communicate need to leadership. Experience required in calculating ROI, increased throughput, and relaying out processes. High level of proficiency with 3D CAD, CAM, data analysis programs, and related software to layout work cells, revise product flow, and design tooling. Evaluate existing tooling and fixturing, make recommendations to improve safety, operability, and efficiency.

Civil or Mechanical Engineer

SUMMARY: Engineering design, analysis, and review of different product lines including oil/water separators, grease interceptors, solids separators, lift stations, acid neutralization systems, stormwater products and utilities. Tasks include model selection, design, sizing, plans review, blueprints, manufacturing process, project managing and coordination, estimating, testing and codes compliance. This position will also assist with structural/civil engineering design support for all Precast plants and personnel necessary for the promotion, sale and manufacturing of precast concrete products. This requires the ability to develop a thorough understanding of the structural design requirements of all products the company manufactures. Can also include providing technical support for concrete mix designs, rebar designs, development of new products, processes, and plant improvement projects.
