Civil or Mechanical Engineer

SUMMARY: Engineering design, analysis, and review of different product lines including oil/water separators, grease interceptors, solids separators, lift stations, acid neutralization systems, stormwater products and utilities. Tasks include model selection, design, sizing, plans review, blueprints, manufacturing process, project managing and coordination, estimating, testing and codes compliance. This position will also assist with structural/civil engineering design support for all Precast plants and personnel necessary for the promotion, sale and manufacturing of precast concrete products. This requires the ability to develop a thorough understanding of the structural design requirements of all products the company manufactures. Can also include providing technical support for concrete mix designs, rebar designs, development of new products, processes, and plant improvement projects.
Industrial Maintenance/Electrician

This position is responsible to provide technical / physical support in the area of electrical and mechanical maintenance. Panel Tester
SALARY: Based on qualifications
LOCATION: Hartland, WI
DEADLINE: Until filled
SUMMARY: Panel testers make sure electrical panels are functional without wiring errors or functionality errors before the electrical panel is cleared to leave the facility. Testers are required to go over the wiring of each component and make sure errors are corrected. Power up the electrical enclosure, make sure there is basic functionality of safety circuits, do initial program setup, make sure the program, that is given to the tester by the control engineers, is properly functioning, and set up communications.
